The Center School
Artist Statement: This is a portrait referencing several photos I’ve taken over the years of myself and others. Each little part has a different story behind it!
Artist Statement:This piece speaks to how I feel the world views me as a disabled person, to how I know it does not care for me and how I know it would rather watch me rot then accommodate for me or for anyone.

Artist Statement: I made this piece because my heart has been real heavy these past couple weeks. I made this piece to show my hurt to express my feelings in a different way. Something that I learned from making this is to let that shit go.
Lincoln High School
Artist Statement: This piece illustrates my struggle of speaking out, and the desperate urge to do so. I used yarn to depict a flow of ideas, and scraps of magazine to represent jumbled words, the contrast which symbolizes the difficulty of formulating my thoughts into words.
Artist Statement: I wanted to think about what it means for there to be three crows shown in my piece, since a group of crows is called a murder and how that could add to the story of the artwork!
Nathan Hale High School
Artist Statement: A work that blends acrylic, newspaper, and a lot of glue.
Rainier Beach High School
Roosevelt High School
West Seattle High School
Artist Statement: This piece is about how social media can result in comparison and the negative affects it can place on creativity. I tend to compare myself to other artists and social media makes that ten times easier and I wanted to represent that.
